Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026 · Governed by Quebec's Law 25 (Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector) and applicable laws.
Privacy Intact (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy and collects as little personal information as possible. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and the rights you have.
Information we collect
- Information you send us through the contact form: your name, email address and message. We use it only to reply to you.
- Analytics data (such as pages viewed, approximate region and browser type) — only if you consent. Analytics and advertising cookies are off by default.
- Advertising measurement via Google and Microsoft tags, governed by Google Consent Mode v2 — only after you opt in.
Cookies & tracking technologies (s. 8.1)
We do not activate non-essential cookies or any identification, location or profiling technology until you give consent. When tracking is enabled on the site, a banner lets you accept or decline by purpose, and you can change your choice at any time using the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links are affiliate links. When you click one, the destination merchant may set its own cookies to credit the referral. That activity is governed by the merchant's privacy policy, not ours. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
How we use information
- To respond to your messages.
- To operate, secure and improve the site.
- To measure advertising and traffic — only with your consent.
Service providers
We rely on providers to run the site — including email delivery for the contact form (Resend) and hosting and analytics — who process data on our behalf under their own safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights (Law 25 / applicable law)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact our Privacy Officer below.
Person in charge of the protection of personal information (Privacy Officer)
The person with the highest authority at Privacy Intact acts as the Privacy Officer. You can reach the Privacy Officer through our contact form for any question, access request, correction, or to report a privacy incident.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
